Hello DaN, and thank you for your post.
This is a popular tour throughout the year, and Thailand is generally considered to be a year-round destination.
Having said that, there are different seasons in Thailand when the weather varies.
The best time to go overall is considered to be November and February. The "main" season for visiting Thailand is December and August.
Most of Thailand has heavy rainfall and higher humidity which is largely confined to the months of May to October, so your tour in September would fall in that time.
However please don't let this put you off as this does not mean it will rain constantly day and night! Normally there will be some heavy downpours which will then clear. Please be assured we would not operate tours during seasons when the weather would prevent our travellers from having a great time!
We do already have some bookings on the Bangkok to Singapore tour on September 13th so go for it!
