hi, just wondering if anyone else is going on this tour on 5th may?? my friend & i are really looking forward to it. haven't done anything like it before. would be great to hear from anyone else on it.
also, is it possible to find out the names of our accommodation so we can leave details with relatives????

Lots of prices on the info are in US dollars, can we pay for everything using dollars or do we need to take the equivalent in local currency???

On the ground you will get better value for money if you pay in the local currency.
The local payment is given in dollars though you can pay in local currently. What ever is the easiest.
The land payment is payable in the currency in which country you live. E.G. In the Uk you pay in GBP and in the States you pay in USD.

The land payment is the cost of the tour which you pay Imtrav. The total cost of the tour is the land payment + the local payment. The local payment is paid to the tour leader at the beginning of the tour.
The local payment was one incorporated into the total payment but has been recently split so that we can offer a better service to our clients and the regions in which we operate.
