I'm looking at going to Thailand on either the Wilderness Adventure or Thailand Encompassed and also maybe stay a couple of days at the end, if I did the Encompassed trip I'd stay in Koh Samui, or Phuket on the Wilderness trip. Two questions, when would be the best time to travel and secondly how easy is it to find accomodation and travel back to bangkok for my flight home at the end of my trip?
Cheers
Martyn
P.S anyone who has been on these trips what did you think!!

Re: Best time of year for Thailand
I am booked on the wilderness adventure for Dec this year. Accomadations are easy in Phuket, look online. Do a search type in" hotel phuket" all types of specials come up.
Traveling back to bangkok is easy. I opted to fly and booked it with the imaginative traveler. it cost $80. I believe there is a buss service to Bankok as well.
Good Luck!

The BBC offers a great site for weather info. You can get country specific detailed info for different months of the year.
