Hi,

I'm thinking of doing the 'Borneo Revealed' trip starting 7th October 07. Would you have an idea of the number of people booked in for this trip??

Also if anyone has been to Borneo and has any tips on altitude sickness or any upheavel out there at present (I know Indonesia can be a bit unstable politically!) it would be great to get a reply from you!!

Cheers and thanks in advance

Gary

Re: Borneo Revealed trip

Hi Gary,

I do have a very good idea indeed how many people have already booked [Wink]

Currently one person is confirmed and two more are holding places provisionally on the 7th October departure.

You can rest-assured that we would not operate a tour in any region that we deemed unsafe to visit and Borneo remains a very safe place to visit.

I hope this helps.

Regards,
Brendan

Thanks Brendan,

How many people do we need to make the tour go ahead and do you think in October this will be feasible to get this number?

Cheers

Re: Borneo Revealed trip

Hi Gary,

The minimum number required is just 4 people. Although there's still just one person confirmed there are now SIX people (including yourselves I believe) holding places provisionally on the tour on the 7th October so it's looking very likely to go ahead and I wouldn't expect it to be cancelled.

I hope this helps.

Regards,
Brendan

Hello Big-Aj,

thanks for your query. I would recommed that you take squashable type luggage that is easy to pack onto a bus and can be carried easily, a back pack wuld be ideal. A hard sided bag is not recommended as it will be cumbersome and difficult to transport.
I hope that this helps!
