Fabulous Thailand - Malaria tablets??

Hello,

We travel next Thursday to thailand for the Fabulous Thailand trip. Should we be taking Anti Malaria tablets? I was told we didn't need to for this trip, but someone had just told me we should be?? I'm confused???

Many thanks for your enquiry. I would go by the advice of your local GP as they know your past medical history and can give the best possible information.

Hello!

I am booked onto the Bangkok to Singapore trip, and I had the same question.

I know I should ask my GP for advise, but will we be staying in primitive accomodation, or in hotels at all times?
My doctor told me I should be okay if we wouldn't be out in the jungle during the evening or nighttime.

Could you please give some more advise?

Thanks for your posting.
Some of the accommodation is basic but not primitive. There are 11 nights simple Hotels and 4 nights in a Beach Bungalow for your itinerary so I think you will probably be ok. I don
