Hi,
I am booked on the Bangkok to Singapore trip on the 20th January.

After seeing the news reports on Thailand, I decided to check the foreign office advice to get some definite advice on whether I should carry on with my trip.

The foreign office still advise against 'all but essential travel to Thailand's West Coast, particularly Phuket, Krabi and Khao Lak'. Tthis is due to poor quality sanitation etc.

Even if the areas we visit haven't been badly damaged, I would imagine they will be quiet and with, understandably, a bad atmosphere surrounding them.

I know Penang was also hit and with this section of the trip taking up 6 days, I am still torn over whether to go.

I am thinking that as South East Asia is an area I have been looking forward to visiting, It may be better to wait and let the area get back on its feet before going.

Also, any advice on new inoculations needed?
