Hi i am off on this trip soon, and have read through all the info. It says only a sleep sheet is recommended, can i confirm a sleeping bag is therefore not required at all during this trip, or is it worth packing it anyway. i'd prefer to save the weight!

Hello Mcoops,

Yes a sleeping sheet will be fine, ideally of thin cotton design. Some people use silk liners that fit inside sleeping bags but these don't really provide enough room.
