Hello

Can anyone advise me the best/safest way to obtain a Cambodian and Laos visa? There seem to be many conflicting reports, saying it's fine to get a visa at the Thai/Cambodia crossing, but others saying it's not a good idea.

And if the crossing from Cambodia to Laos isn't a point where visas are available, how should one be obtained?
