I am going on the Laos (The land that Time forgot) tour on Nov. 24th and would love to hear from any fellow travellers.
If you have already been on this tour and have some experience to share I would also love to hear from you.

This is a great trip. I just came back and can answer any questions you might have.

Hi John,
Glad you enjoyed the tour. There are long road trips on this tour - did you find that okay? What was the transport like and did you get to stop often?
I am counting the days now until we leave for Bangkok - 16 to go!

Re: Laos - Nov. 24th 2002
A few days a bit longish but you can always have a picture/rest stop whenever you like. Never a problem with the small groups used by ImagTrav. Andy, the leader, is very accomodating. Always a coffee stop or lunch break when needed.
The transport in Laos is a medium sized Toyota van. Maybe 20 seater. So with luggage in back, ample room for all. I found the seats comfortable. The driver/local guide are super - even supply courtesy bottled water on demand. The air con [!] may be a bit weak but open windows are just fine.
