Hello just wondered who else is going on this tour. I'm travelling with my boyfriend and haven't ever done anything like this before. Only 3 and a bit weeks!
Also I was wonderering is it worth waiting and getting most of our currency when we're over there? I've heard the rates are far better.
See you there!

Re: Singapore to Bangkok july 2nd
Hello,
All the same it's always a good idea to have some pocket change for the first few hours spent in any particular country to see you through until you settle in the arrival hotel.
Re: Singapore to Bangkok july 2nd
We did this trip the other way around last year. We needed a bit of money to get into Bangkok but apart from that I just took my cash card. My friend took a few travellers cheques as well but there are cash points the whole way along the trip.
Like Ed said it is good to have a bit of change on you when you arrive in case you want a drink or need to get a taxi etc.
The first thing the leaders did when we arrived in a new country or new town was point us in the direction of a bank/exchange.

It seems no-one else is coming. We aren't going on our own are we Ed?!!
Thanks for the replies by the way, we're getting a little bit of cash for each country just so we don't go hungry!

Hello,
No you will not be on your own and by the looks of the group numbers you have a good mix of people, of a similar age.
Have a great trip.
