Hi guys.
Have just visited this website for the first time and am thinking about joining one of the tours. Am really just looking for any way to get out of england, into the sun and up in the world!!
I'm entirely new to all this however and really don't know where to start. I would rather go with a group than solely on my own but to be honest, I am completely bewildered by all the choices and sporadic sources of info. Can anyone offer any advice??!!

the first time i experienced independent travel was part of a group and i had a wonderful time! Thialand is i perfectly safe country to travel alone in but if you want to gain confidence in your survival skills an organised trip is the best place to start!

Hey, I've just booked the Wilderness Tour for next December 20. I'm quite nervous about going alone, but think this is the best way to do it. I'd be happy to chat to anyone going to Thailand, or maybe on the same tour as me?! Go for it!

I am an Irish girl looking for some excitment in Thailand, thinking of going on the "Best of Thailand" tour in Oct, as rainfall is alot higher during the Summer. When are you thinking of going?

My advice is just to pick a destination first of all and then decide on your dates, length of time that you have available and of course your budget! I've travelled with Imtrav on 2 occasions so far and I expect to do so again this year - their style really removes any worries that I could have and also means that I'm able to see and do as much as possible within my short time away from work without feeling that I'm on a package holiday!! Both China and Vietnam were really unforgetable and it was the first time that I had travelled outside Europe or North America and the first time on my own. On both counts I'd have to say that I've made lots of friends and I was not the only single on either trip - so overall don't panic and enjoy choosing your trip.

Hi Dawn, I'm a single female going on the Thialand Wilderness Adventure 19-Apr-03, this is my 3rd solo trip and my past 2 were incredible experiences!
