Hi, I know its way off but i'm booked on vietnam explorer 29 nov 2008, just wondering if anyone else is booked on this date yet? Also i believe the northern hills get cold that time of year, just wondering how cold - thermals?!!

Thanks so much for getting in touch.

I'm glad that you are so looking forward to your trip.

I would reccomend that you do take thermals with you for night time use as the temperatures can drop quite substantially. You should only need
light-weight figure hugging thermals, and nothing too bulky.

Hi, thanks for your reply and the info, really excited about trip even though its ages away!
Also i was wondering what kind of numbers you usually get on this trip in late nov/early dec? I know you probably get sick of answering this kind of thing!

Hello Kitty,

I actually did the Vietnam Hilight tour last November and the group was almost full- it is a good time to go to Vietnam as the rainy season has usually finished. I loved Vietnam, have a look at the posts about Whale Island, it is a real hilight- as is Hoi An! If you need any more Vietnam specific info please contact me kate@imtrav.net
