Hi,

what is the visa situation for Malaysia?
I plan to be there for 2 weeks and will be travelling with 2 friends, I british & I german.

Thanks for your post.

For up to date visa advice and assistance, it's best to speak either to the relevant embassy, or a specialist visa agency such as Travcour (www.travcour.com), as visa regulations have a tendency to change.

Hi Jeroen

As visa regulations can change quite frequently, and often with very little notice in some destinations, we always advise people to check, preferably with the embassy concerned. The embassy are far more likely to have the most up to date information than we are, and so they, or a visa agency, are always recommended as your first points of call.

Hi Jim & Jeroen,

You are right Jim. The information seems to change very rapidly at times. Our travel agent approached Travcour in Australia on our behalf about organising visas for Jordan and Travcour advised him that you can't get visas from the Jordanian Embassy, you can only get them at the border. When we checked directly with the Embassy they said to send our passports over with Travcour or similar and they would issue the visas. On the basis of that experience I would advise that people check directly with the relevant embassy.
