Hi,
I am booked on the 17 day Anzac day trip in 2002. Some of my friends wish to meet up with us at Gallipoli(they are doing the independant travel thing!) and I realise that it's going to be extremely difficult to find them in the crowds. Is there a well-known point to meet people at on the peninsula?

Re: Anzac Day 2002
Hi Teena,
As you can imagine, Gallipoli is a very sought after place during these 'once a year' memorial services. As a result, any meeting point that I suggest may also be that of a thousand others.
The best place for me to suggest would be the hotel we use in Gallipoli, though I am unable to give you this address until much nearer the time (possibly 2-4 weeks prior to departure). The influx of people to the peninsula during this time is such that we can not book the hotel so far in advance.
If this would be useful to you, then please contact me directly at ru@imtrav.net nearer the time.
Cheers
