HI! We are a group of 4 wishing to travel on the ANZAC tour in 2002. Can you please give us an idea of what sort of timing and travel is involved in getting to Galipoli on ANZAC day itself. We have heard horror stories of travelling for hours before actually reaching ANZAC Cove - where does the Imaginative Traveller tour actually stay?

Hi there,
The group will drive from Istanbul to the Gallipoli Peninsula the day before ANZAC day, this will take approxiamately 5 hours. The group will then stay overnight in a 2-3 star hotel which will be around 30km from ANZAC cove.
It'll take around an hour to get from the hotel to the dawn memorial services.
