I'm very keen to do either the Turkey Seatrek departing 23/08 or the Jewels of Turkey departing 15/08/02. I like to itinerary of the Seatrek tour but I'm a little concerned about the very basic accomodation facilities. I mean, how basic are we talking? I've tried getting detailed info from your UK representative, but to be honest they weren't very helpful at all. Also, I've done a bit of research, and out of all the tour operators ie Guerba, Fez, & Explore - Imaginitive Traveler seems to be the most expensive. This doesn't bother me too much as I've heard the tours are great. However, I would have thought that coming out of peak season ie end Sept/October, there would have been a slight discount. What are your thoughts on this? Thanks!

I assume you are talking about September tours not August.
There are differences between those 2 tours.Jewels of Turkey is Traveller style and Turkey Seatrek is Adventurer Style.
In our Traveller Style tours we stay in tourist class hotels and in Adventurer style we use smaller hotels and family run pansions and most of the time all rooms are twin share and have attached facilities.The accommodation is basic but comfortable and clean.One thing you need to consider when you book Turkey Seatrek you will be spending 3 nights on a gullet which is a great bonus as generally at the end of 3 days people don't want to leave gullet as they spend such a good time on it.
