Hi all,
I'm looking to go on this trip next year but have never gone on a trip with ImTrav before.
Does anyone who has been on the trips around the area have any feedback? eg how large on average are the groups? There seems to be a lot of driving though I'm guessing most of that is unavoidable. And one really specific question, I really wanted to see Jerash but the trip bypasses that between Damascus and Amman. Is there any opportunity for a detour?
thanks heaps for any reply...

Re: Istanbul-Cairo
Hey Gavling,
Thanks for your post and interest in Imaginative Traveller tour.
The tour you are considering is one of our combination tours, linking various shorter tours together to create a longer one. The Istanbul to Cairo tour is the culmination of Turkey Explored, Middle East Highlights and the Nubian Sailtrek. Therefore if you cannot find any feedback explicitly concerning the Istanbul to Cairo tour, have a look for some about the smaller trips that it encompasses.
As for the question of a detour to Jerash, I am afraid that due to the logistics of the itinerary this is not possible.
So have a look at the other areas of the forum and I am sure that you will find what you are looking for.
Kind Regards,
Robert
