Hi there everyone,
I am doing the Istanbul to Egypt trip in late August (only one month to go!!!) and even though I am not about to let a few lousy extremists ruin what i am sure will be an amazing trip, have there been any changes to the itinery or route travelled because of these attacks?

We have been in contact with our Turkey and Egypt office recently and are pleased to say that none of our tours/itineraries/routes have been affected.

We take the safety of our travellers and tour leaders extremely seriously, when an incident such as this occurs we take advice from both our local office and the British Foreign Office.

Having done this we are pleased to report that we are able to continue operating all of our tours in Turkey and Egypt as normal.

We will of course continue to monitor the situation and will provide an update if needed in the coming weeks.

Are you taking the August 14th Istanbul to Cairo tour? If yes, I am on that tour as well.
