Those planning to head off on an adventure holiday in the near future could find that they encounter a new male grooming trend while on their travels.
According to swimwear manufacturer Kiniki, an increasing number of travellers are choosing to become "smooth operators" as they become more conscious of their image while on the beach and in other hotter areas of the world.
The firm explained that the all-over man wax - or 'max' - is the latest trend to hit warmer regions of the world, citing increasingly skimpy male swimwear styles as a contributing factor.
John Walker of Kiniki said: "Nowadays, it looks like even the most macho of men is taking a no-holds-barred approach to the body beautiful."
Famous faces who have been known to sport skimpier swimwear include Cristiano Ronaldo and David Beckham.
Recently, HolidayExtras revealed that exploring a new destination on a holiday tour was the best part of a trip for 35 per cent of imaginative travellers.
