Small group holidays to Egypt may become extremely popular this year after the Titan Travel Group suggested that the destination is one of its top tips for trips in 2010.
The firm explained that the country gives travellers the chance to explore the Pyramids of Cairo and the "treasures of the Egyptian Museum".
Furthermore, visitors to the nation can head down the world-famous Nile and stop to check out the temples of Luxor and Karnak.
The location could also be great for family adventure holidays, after the Egyptian State Tourist Office said people can go sailing, windsurfing, parasailing, diving and snorkelling on the Red Sea Riviera.
Other tips the company listed as potentially popular destinations this year included India, China and Australia.
Imaginative explorers may wish to take part in the Great Australian Outback Cattle Drive, which "gives participants the opportunity to saddle up and help herd the livestock across wild terrain as they are taken from one grazing area to another along the legendary Oodnadatta Track".
