On-line Booking Form

We need your e-mail address in order to
send you a confirmation of your booking. Yo will receive e-mail
newsletters from us about once a month containing information about new trips,
special offers, late availability etc, unless you tick our opt out box. Each e-mail newsletter contains an ‘unsubscribe’ function so that you can
easily be removed from the mailing list if you change your mind.
We collect your credit card number and
expiration date in order to take payment for your booking.
We collect telephone numbers so that if we
need to discuss any details concerning your booking, we can do so. Also, we
sometimes follow up postal requests with a phone call to make sure you have
received the information that you requested.

Brochure Requests

We collect details such as your name and
address and email address in order to send you the brochure/s and/or
dossiers you request. Your details will also be added to our mailing list
unless you untick the box to indicate that you do not wish to receive further communication from us (such as newsletters and details of special offers). We
may on occasion use your telephone number to follow up requests for information
to make sure you have received the information that you requested.
