Destinations short break terms
1. Entrants must be over 18 years old and must hold a valid passport with any necessary visas.
2. The employees of Imaginative Traveller, and associated companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the competition are not permitted to enter.
3. The "How to Enter" section forms part of the Terms and Conditions. No purchase is necessary.
4. Entries must be submitted to Imaginative Traveller - "the Promoter".
5. Closing date for entries is 8pm Fri 13th March 2009. The winning entrant will be selected from all completed entries Monday 16th March 2009, and notified by phone or email by 5pm 18th March.
6. The winning entrant will be chosen by Imaginative Traveller from all completed and valid entries received by the closing date. A valid entry constitutes a completed entry form. Entry is limited to one per person.
7. The winner will be selected at random by Imaginative Traveller representative. The decision is final and not open to challenge.
8. All other costs including flights and insurance are subject to the winners own cost.
9. The prize must be taken before 30th September 2009.
10. The prize featured cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of similar value at its own discretion.
12. There is no cash or other alternative in whole or part to any of the prizes on offer.
13. The prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable and is subject to availability.
14. All information received will be become the property of the Promoter. We are registered under the UK Data Protection Act.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
16. Winners will be contacted directly, entrants can contact Imaginative Traveller to find out the winners name.
17. By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules.
