1-day course, only £99

As the UK’s leading expedition organisation for schools and young people, World Challenge runs a comprehensive one-day travel safety course to prepare you for travelling safely on your gap year or expedition. This course will teach you the skills you need and give you the know-how to ensure you have the time of your life whilst staying safe.

The Travelsafe course is for you if…

• You are doing an organised gap year tour
• You and a group of friends are travelling before starting University or College
• You are an independent traveller
• You teach at a school or represent another organisation that would like a tailored course delivered on site (contact us for a quote, minimum number of 12 delegates)

The Travelsafe course

The course instructors are highly experienced independent travellers and have encountered first hand many of the situations discussed whilst travelling themselves. The course includes interactive scenarios and a series of workshops making it a relaxed and fun environment in which to learn.

• First aid and first aid kits (basic skills)
• Personal security
• Health and hygiene
• The kit and equipment you will need to take (including tips on which gadgets are worth spending your money on!)
• Travelling around
