What was the most memorable part of your tour?

The donkey ride to Valley of the Kings & the birthday celebrations on the Melodie for my girlfriend!

Do you feel that you got under the skin of a country?

To a degree, yes

What advice would you give to other travellers?

Definitely travel Egypt on a tour such as this!

Too many to name really! Abu Simbel was very impressive.

How would you rate the tour leaders?

Dave was brilliant - couldn't fault him on anything. Really added to the experience.

What advice would you give to other travellers?

Stock up on hand sanitiser, tissues & antinal pills

seeing the historical sites in real life

our tour leader was amazing, very efficient and always with a smile on her face

local people were used throughout the stay so yes

as much as is possible in a week

be prepared for possible tummy upsets
