Montenegro

Adventure holidays to Montenegro are synonymous with the outdoors. The country contains some of Europe’s most stunning scenery ranging from dramatic mountains to beautiful coastlines.

Set on a secluded bay, Kotor is listed as a World Heritage site and you will be more than happy to lose yourself in its maze of alleyways. Further inland, the Durmitor National Park is simply phenomenal and offers a multitude of hiking opportunities.

17th-Century Ostrog Monastery, built into the side of a rocky mountain, draws both Orthodox Christian pilgrims as well as adventure travellers curious about its tales of miracles.
