Covid-19 and Pandemic Insurance
Until the outbreak of COVID we worked with Campbell Irvine in the UK. However since the summer of 2020, new travel insurance policies are now coming available that do cover some COVID related claims and so we would like to point you towards a selection of these
Battleface Insurance https://www.battleface.com. Will cover travellers if travelling against FCDO advice and will cover various COVID medical risks for travellers aged up to 59.
MPI Insurance https://mpibrokers.com/travel-insurance/travel-insurance Click on Get a Quote (for the new COVID Cover insurance). Will cover travellers for various COVID risks. However will not provide any cover for COVID-19 if the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) are advising against all but essential travel to your destination due to the virus
Global Travel Insurance https://www.globaltravelinsurance.co.uk/ will cover various COVID risks
Travellers travelling with Imaginative Traveller must have proof of an insurance policy covering Covid, including medical, repatriation, quarantine.
It is a condition of booking that all passengers must have comprehensive travel insurance. Without evidence of valid travel insurance passengers will not be allowed to start the trip.

Small Group Trips run by Intrepid
Lock in your trip with a deposit and then pay the rest in instalments whenever you like, with no interest or fees. Just make sure your final payment is paid in full by 21 days before your trip is scheduled to depart*.
If you cancel your trip* up to 21 days before departure, you can transfer your deposit to another available trip or hold your deposit on file indefinitely.
Let us know about your change in plans 21 days before your departure and there’ll be no fees* to change trips.
*some exclusions may apply to Polar, Marine and Australia trips.
Small Group Trips run by Exodus
You will receive a guaranteed refund if we have to cancel your trip for any reason.
You will receive a refund if you can’t join your trip because you or a member of your party is diagnosed with COVID-19 or has received a request from the Government to self-isolate. View full terms here.
