Financial Security

We have cast iron financial protection and are fully bonded through ABTOT to ensure your money is fully protected.

New Covid-19 and Pandemic Insurance

We work with Campbell Irvine in the UK who has put together a new Travel Insurance Policy which covers travel and medical issues relating to Covid-19 or other pandemics, including cancellation and curtailment cover. Full details on this insurance will be available for anyone thinking of travelling from early July onwards. Travellers travelling with Dragoman, must have proof of an insurance policy covering Covid, including medical, repatriation, quarantine, cancellation and curtailment cover.

We will try to be as flexible as we possibly can. As every booking is bespoke, we can look at each booking individually and chat through all your options with you at the time of booking.

Small Group Trips run by Intrepid

Lock in your trip with a deposit and then pay the rest in instalments whenever you like, with no interest or fees. Just make sure your final payment is paid in full by 21 days before your trip is scheduled to depart*.

If you cancel your trip* up to 21 days before departure, you can transfer your deposit to another available trip or hold your deposit on file indefinitely.

Let us know about your change in plans 21 days before your departure and there’ll be no fees* to change trips.

*some exclusions may apply to Polar, Marine and Australia trips.

Small Group Trips run by Exodus

You will receive a guaranteed refund if we have to cancel your trip for any reason.

You will receive a refund if you can’t join your trip because you or a member of your party is diagnosed with COVID-19 or has received a request from the Government to self-isolate. View full terms here.

Up to 21 days before departure you can transfer to another trip free-of-charge (excluding international flights, and any non-refundable in-destination costs - view full booking conditions for details).

Up to 42 days before departure you can cancel free-of-charge and we’ll refund the balance, and hold the deposit for you to use on any departure in the next 2 years (excluding international flights, and any non-refundable in-destination costs - view full booking conditions for details).
