New Seven Wonders of Nature
The Official New7Wonders of Nature campaign, started in 2007, has finally made an initial declaration of its seven finalists. The Swiss-based New7Wonders Foundation was established in 2001 to contribute to the protection of the world’s human-built and natural heritage and to foster respect for earth’s diversity. The official results will be confirmed in early 2012 after voting results have been independently verified so the final line-up may yet still change.
The provisional line-up consists of the Amazon, Iguazu Falls, Halong Bay, Table Mountain, Jeju Island, Komodo and the Puerto Princesa Underground River.
With Imaginative Traveller you can travel to many of these provisional New7Wonders of Nature so why not get travelling and judge for yourself!
