Sample Itinerary & Notes

Upon arrival at Beirut airport you will be met by our local partner and transferred to your hotel. Depending on the arrival time of your flight, you will have free time to explore one of the most vibrant and fascinating cities in the Middle East.

The Lebanese capital, formerly known as the ‘Paris of the East’, was until the early 90s more synonymous with war and conflict. Since then, an enormous programme of re-construction has restored the many beautiful Ottoman and French Mandate period buildings to their full glory. The sophisticated cafes, fine restaurants, and nightclubs are open once more, and the city is re-asserting itself as one of the leading commercial and business centres in the Middle East.
