I loved the cooking class which was very homely and fun but I would have liked also an additional cooking class, maybe in Athens - it would be great to have a proper class in a school where everyone has their own prep table and everyone cooks entirely one or two dishes and then eat all together. So one relaxed and one more professional would be the best. It'd have been nice to have one night in Hydra. Our guide (Sylvia) was outstanding, very experienced and knowledgeable and a good company too. We had for only one day Nassos who was really nice as well.
       
A most enjoyable trip if you're looking for a diverse experience in Greece.
